About The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CompTIA Instructor to join our dynamic team. As a CompTIA Instructor, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs that prepare individuals for CompTIA certifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information technology, possess relevant CompTIA certifications, and have a passion for teaching and mentoring.


What You’ll Do:

Curriculum Development:

  • Design and develop comprehensive training materials and curriculum for CompTIA certification courses.

  • Stay current with industry trends and updates to ensure that training content reflects the latest CompTIA exam objectives.


Instructor-Led Training:

  • Deliver engaging and interactive classroom instruction to individuals seeking CompTIA certifications.

  • Provide hands-on labs and real-world scenarios to enhance the learning experience.

  • Foster a positive and collaborative learning environment.

Individual and Group Coaching:

  • Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions to address individual learning needs.

  • Facilitate group discussions and collaborative learning activities.

Assessment and Feedback:

  • Administer assessments to evaluate students' understanding of CompTIA concepts.

  • Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their skills and knowledge.


Technical Support:

  • Offer technical support to students during and after training sessions.

  • Assist with troubleshooting technical issues related to lab exercises and simulations.


Professional Development:

  • Stay informed about changes in CompTIA certifications and adjust training content accordingly.

  • Pursue professional development opportunities to enhance personal and professional skills.

Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and progress.

  • Prepare and submit reports as required by the organization.

What You’ll Need:

Certifications:

  • CompTIA certifications such as A+, Network+, Security+, and others as applicable.

Experience:

  • Proven experience as a CompTIA Instructor or similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of CompTIA exam objectives and certification requirements.

Communication Skills:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to convey complex technical concepts in an understandable manner.

  • English (Required)

Teaching Skills:

  • Experience in instructional design and delivery of technical training.

  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.

  • Cybersecurity Teaching: 1 year (Required)

  • Certification Teaching: 2 years (Required)

Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborative and team-oriented mindset.

  • Ability to work effectively with colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment.

  • Candidates must be able to lift at least 30 pounds

Travel:

  • No travel required
