About the Role:

Enlighten is looking for a self-starting, responsible, detailed-oriented, and highly motivated individual to join their growing Intelligence Team as an Intelligence Analyst 1. The ideal candidate will have an excellent technical foundation, especially related to dark web actors, dark web data, APT strategy, and Threat Intelligence. They will also have a proven track record of successfully interfacing with customers on both technical and non-technical levels. The main responsibilities of the role include:

  • Managing customer requests

  • Supporting customers of Enlighten’s Team2 services

  • Providing internal debrief support

  • Executing customer feedback processes

  • Ensuring contract adherence by both parties

The ideal candidate will be a problem solver and be able to escalate client issues to the appropriate teams within Enlighten Intelligence. They will also have a passion for ensuring a top-quality customer experience.

What You'll Do:

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by owning customer relationships and escalating findings.

  • Understand the dark and deep web ecosystem and convey analytical findings to customers.

  • Guide customers through Team2 Intelligence recon findings and provide subject matter expertise.

  • Represent customers to the Intelligence and Engineering teams to improve the product.

  • Plan and lead process improvement initiatives to improve customer satisfaction.

What You'll Need:

  • 3-5 years of experience in cyber threat intelligence

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Working knowledge of cyber threat intelligence terminology and ecosystems

  • Adaptable and willing to learn new technologies

  • Customer service attitude and problem-solving skills

  • High degree of emotional intelligence and professional presence

  • Ability to operate independently and with little direction

  • Demonstrated ability to document technical processes and convey business terms in clear language

  • Ability to present and explain technology to people with less technical knowledge

  • Attention to detail and ability to understand the big picture

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stress environment

  • Knowledge of data communication concepts and technologies

  • Be fully versed in the intelligence lifecycle

  • Ability to create customer solutions with limited resources

Nice to Haves:

  • Understand contemporary scripting languages (Python) and APIs
